Image License Terms

These terms apply to image licenses purchased through license.voshart.com.

Effective September 8, 2026
Your checkout defines the licensed scope. The selected image(s), publication type, placement, size, duration, print run or edition, digital rights, and fee shown in the License Summary are part of the license.

01Grant of rights

Daniel Voshart (“Licensor”) grants the purchaser or organization receiving the license (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the licensed image(s) only within the usage scope shown at checkout.

Use outside that scope — including a larger print run, a new edition where not included, a different placement, a longer term, or additional digital use — requires a new or expanded license and any additional fee.

02Attribution

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Licensee will credit Daniel Voshart adjacent to the image or in the publication’s colophon or credits section.

03Modifications

The Licensee may crop or resize the image as reasonably necessary for technical formatting. The image may not otherwise be altered, recolored, or manipulated without prior written consent.

04Authority and retained rights

The Licensor represents that he has authority to grant the rights described in the license. Rights not expressly granted by the checkout scope remain with the Licensor.

05Termination

The license terminates if the Licensee materially breaches these terms. After termination, the Licensee must cease further use of the licensed image(s).

06Purchase record

The payment receipt, licensee information, optional project or publication title, and usage details recorded with the order identify the transaction and licensed scope. Completing payment after confirming the checkout details indicates acceptance of these terms.
